This is an attempt to provide comparison of Organization of Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) principles and Islamic principles of corporate governance (CG). Like Pakistan majority of the corporate civilized countries all over the world are using OECD principles as guideline and benchmark for corporate governance in their corporate sector.

Corporate frauds and failures in Indonesian have continued despite the corporate governance principles of Indonesia’s State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) which have been strengthened following the Asian financial crisis of 1997/1998. This appears to indicate that corporate governance principles primarily adopted from developed Western nations are not adequate to address problems faced by SOEs in Indonesia.

Campus landscape could be seen as precious asset that linking people and place within the campus context. Landscape areas and spaces are crucial facets in forming to the sense of place, as well as campus’s identity. It serves as functional components on improving to the quality of campus life.
